That most certainly is not false.
It doesn't take much research to discover that the big U.S. banks refused to loan Trump money because he was deemed a credit risk. That's why he went to Deutsche Bank.

It takes a simple google search to see that JP Morgan, Citibank, and Barclays all had loans given to Trump during that time period.
