Hm, I'm not too sure it's the same video or from the same trip. In the video that is reported as recent, she is wearing a scarf on her head, however, in the video from April she has the same scarf draped around her neck and hanging down.

Yes, she is wearing the same coat, and quite possibly the same slacks and shoes. Some people have what they refer to as their, "traveling clothes," and so I can conceive of her wearing the same outfit at two different times.

The other differences are that there is a different person helping her to walk and her security detail are different people in each video. They also seemed to have been taken in different parts of the airport, so I suppose it is possible for her to have removed the scarf from her head or to have put it on after depending on which one of these videos were filmed first, if they were taken on the same day and I am not convinced that they were.




I don't buy the hologram or clone nonsense, though I would not put it past whomever to utilize a body double; not saying that is the case here, just that it is possible in my mind.

She's not a cyborg. She's an Android, really. But GinBorg works better with the joke.

Ginsburg has had a severe hunch for quite a long time. Even in sit-down interviews, she could not hold her head up. This latest TMZ video shows her walking pretty upright with her head held fairly up and forward. Just sayin'....something's off.

I've tried my best to see if I could get sufficient detail on them. The ones in the video from April have a gold tone to them whereas the ones in the recent video are decidedly red.

Neither one appears to be the Supreme Court Police insignia, though.

Looks like she is going to and leaving from the same airport... that explains the same clothes etc...

Not sure I'm sold either way, but it's Reagan National for crying out loud. The justices probably fly out of there dozens of times a year.

Wouldn't be the first time a major news source tried to pass an old RBG photo off as a new one:
