We don't have huge numbers of poor migrants coming down from Canada...

Southern wall is needed more so than a northern one.

Visa over stays are a different class of illegal immigrant. Both illegal, but not really the same problem. Both need to be fixed.

And I love that diversity! I moved to a small town from Toronto a decade ago, and remarked that it was so white, it was creepy. But yesterday I had a curry chicken roti, and Mrs. Canuck had butter chicken with a side Greek salad...so it's coming along.

Once the neo-socialist ponzi scheme comes crashing down, Americans will definitely need a wall on the northern border.

And if the Northerners up here, come down from the far eastern coast, it’s even more confusing. Lots of diverse red headed type people, speaking an odd mix of a heavily accented Irish/Canadian/something else dialect that almost no one else in Canada understands ....

Oh, it ain't so bad, by. Actually, in 4 trips there, I've covered most of The Rock, and the only time that I have ever heard talk that I could simply not make heads or tails of was in Labrador.

If it did it would probably only really have an effect on rich or well off Americans wanting to go up north during their summer vacations, like fisherman or game hunters.

Thing is most of the refugees coming to Canada aren't from Mexico or South America ether. It mainly Nigerians, Somalians with a U.S visa and Syrians.

We can continue down the path of color as an excuse or we can actually look at the differences. Let me ask you... Do illegals coming in from Canada costing America 100 billion per year, should we worried about massive drugs, human trafficking, sex trafficking, 10s of millions of them coming here to overburden many of our social system, schools, ER etc etc?

If the answer is yes then BUILD THE DAMN NORTH WALL!!

I think the best way to build a northern wall would be to transfer all the illegals here to there and as they come up in waves from South America we just help them continue their journey on to Canada, and after 20 or 30 million end up there then Canada will build the wall...

North, South, East, West, it doesn't matter... we're all human trying to survive on this rock. Don't fall into this trap of that terrorist sh,, It's all set up to divide everyone. I give up in this political system and the way it's run... pitiful and I give up...

I don't think weed is killing anyone, hell I live in Washington state. There is about a dozen of other really bad things that is created with illegal alien problem I kind of do care about though.

The great lakes coastline is larger then the east coast and west coast combined. They catch people illegally crossing all the time in Michigan. We have border patrol coast guard and camera's every where. I've been fishing the great lakes boundary waters my whole life. If you accidentally float into Canadian waters chances are they'll get you. If Canada don't get you the US will. Back in the 90's the border was pretty relaxed. It all changed after Sept 11. I live 10 minutes away from the busiest crossing we have with Canada. I rarely see Canadian license plates. In Michigan we use Canada as a short cut to get to New York. We have problems with illegals but nothing like our southern border. They've caught illegal Chinese running across the Detroit river from Canada in the winter. Human smugglers will pull up to the border and say there's America go for it. When I'm out fishing I see border patrol like clock work. There's a commercial fishing company in Canada just north of here on lake Huron. They were crossing into American waters and harvesting fish. The coast guard seized his vesicle. The coast guard patrols in ships and helicopters. Then there's border patrol on the land. To top that off they have cameras everywhere. Sure there is a problem with Mexico but to think a wall is going to solve it is just stupid. There's too much terrain to cover. Build the wall if it makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Where there's a will there's a way.

No! It would make it hard for US. Commie libs to escape. We need the southern wall to help keep out the undesirables so their numbers don't increase inside our AO and to maintain some resemblance of a Republic.

People don't stop and use "logic". Why are all these people leaving their own countries and trespassing into mine? Because they, themselves, have allowed their own native country to become a country that needs leaving. US. Libs are only interested in gaining new members of their "democracy" voting base. Not at all interested in preservation of the Republic, freedom or patriotic minded American's. Libs are trying to hammer the last nail in the coffin of the Republic. Believing that a "Democracy" with foreigners casting votes, will advance their agenda which is socialism.

It is laughable how libs want "vetting" for an American to become "President". But want no "vetting" for those/them that (supposedly) actually "vote".
