I have wondered what Trey Gowdy would be doing when he leaves his seat in Congress. According to the following video he will be going to work for Fox News as another political/legal consultant. Not to be outdone CBS has signed Jeff Flake and CNN has a deal with John Kasich...

I am surprised about the Trey Gowdy announcement as I figured he would be going back to his home state to do big legal stuff... I am also surprised that anyone who has an ounce of honor would go to work for CNN regardless of the salary.

All the cable entertainment "news" networks are garbage.

All have spin, all don't hold facts to highest esteem.

Too young to retire.

Flake will be fun to watch. Always constipated.

Is anyone surprised, he liked to argue for the truth but he love to do it for the cameras, so of course he wants to get on tv . People like to watch him so of course he is what fox wants. So both sides win .

As for Trey Gowdy, that is disappointing and sad. When he resigned, he made it sound like he was resigning because he never sees results and no one is ever held accountable. It's a sad day when someone who wants to see results feels like the only way to do it is to report it on the news instead of arguing for it in the courtroom. When media gets more results than the courtroom, we are in serious trouble.
