Mr. Trump had caught the attention of F.B.I. counterintelligence agents when he called on Russia during a campaign news conference in July 2016 to hack into the emails of his opponent, Hillary Clinton.
he Conspirators spearfished individuals affiliated with the Clinton Campaign throughout the summer of 2016. For example, on or about July 27, 2016, the Conspirators attempted after hours to spearfish for the first time email accounts at a domain hosted by a third-party provider and used by Clinton's personal office. At or around the same time, they also targeted seventy-six email addresses at the domain for the Clinton Campaign.
On July 27, 2016, Trump gave a news conference in Florida. At that news conference, he asked Russia to find Clinton emails.

Personally, I've never believed Trump "called on Russia" to "hack into the emails of his opponent", and was in fact cracking a joke and sarcastically making light of the media's fevered Russiaphobia.
Russia was listening to him and did what he asked, crazy to think this is a non issue.

We are seeing the left get more desperate as this things blows up in their faces.
CBS reported that the Mueller report will not contain anything the left is hoping for. The IG report is also due out in a few weeks and that deals with the FISA / FBI/DOJ abuses.
Sounds like the left is trying to change the narrative to get out in front of the IG report.
Also I am not sure people saw this but apparently a FOIA request was made to get and unredact documents from Weissmans prosecutorial misconduct history. Apparently the records are either missing or the original documents, needed for unredacting, are also missing.

Doesn't look or sound like a joke to me:
Not really. From your source.

"Russia, if you're listening," and then ask them to get Clinton emails.
"Russia, if you're listening," and then ask them to get Clinton emails.
that same day, according to this indictment, that "the Conspirators attempted after hours to spearfish for the first time email accounts at a domain hosted by a third-party provider and used by Clinton's personal office." He asked for it and, "for the first time," they started spearfishing email accounts used by Clinton's office. The news conference happened around 10:30 a.m. ET, which is around 5:30 p.m. in Moscow. "After hours."
Ok. Done. Now what'cha got?
Is it all a huge coincidence that the Russian agents picked that day to target Clinton email servers, as the US government alleges? It sure could be. Is it possible the Russians took this one cue directly from Trump's mouth? Sure seems like it.
29-page indictment filed by the US Department of Justice against 12 Russian intelligence operatives for meddling in the 2016 election

Doesn't look or sound like a joke to me:
Because you're an idiot.
ANTONOV, BADIN, YERMAKOV, LUKASHEV, and their co-conspirators targeted
victims using a technique known as spearphishing to steal victims’ passwords or otherwise gain
access to their computers. Beginning by at least March 2016, the Conspirators targeted over 300
individuals affiliated with the Clinton Campaign, DCCC, and DNC.

You're talking by one example of one single domain. Nonetheless, The Conspirators spearphished individuals affiliated with the Clinton Campaign throughout the summer of 2016.
