Nope. What occurred to me was how much this incident reminds me of the Stormy Daniels arrest, during her show.

Same here

What occurs to me is that Avenatti's Ex-Wife, Who is in the midst of a contentious divorce battle, publicly said she has never, ever, known him to be physical with anyone or ever lay a hand on anyone.

This makes me wonder if the accuser has ever talked to "Surefire Intelligence".

LOL

Well the victim in question apparently provided enough evidence to support a felony domestic violence charge. That would include visible injuries. The arrest / charge came after LAPD interviewed Avenatti so there was something present to support the charge.

Think for a moment. If Avenatti goes to prison and/or finds himself losing yet another civil suit which would become a pay priority for smacking a woman around, the estranged wife and first ex wife lose out on spousal payments. If Avenatti loses any more money, the estranged wife won't see a dime, so of course she's going to say the man's a virtual angel... money makes the world go round and one does not drop the shield when defending the Meal Ticket.

This is great. Not only is that scum bag failing at life, but we also get to ogle his ex-wife in swimming panties.

Nice bathing suit. Haha on the prison.

This is the woman who he says "hit him first" and who he needed to beat until her face was "bruised and swollen" to defend himself against. What a goddamn man's man, ya? I'd assumed he was bedding the porn star, now I have my doubts on whether he even possesses functioning testicles to perform such an act on a woman. The guy is an idiot and, soon, a felon.

Estranged wife Lisa.

Creep life.

But, aren't we supposed to always believe the woman, unconditionally now? Isn't that what he was pushing not to long ago himself?

So the LA DA feels he smacked his woman around, but not to a degree that is a felony? That does not seem to be very protective of women as far as I am concerned. That DA is another one of those soft on crime zilches similar to what we've got up here in AK from where I stand...

Is that what the prosecutor said?
I must have missed that.

A spokeswoman for the district attorney would not say why prosecutors declined to take the case from Los Angeles police.

He didn't say anything, including "there's no case here." The office referred the case to the city prosecutor as a potential misdemeanor. Read into it what you wish, but that's what I take away from it.

Wasn't Surefire Intelligence, (aka Jacob Wohl) smart enough to realize, that he would be under surveillance once the FBI started investigating him, for the Mueller smear?

potential misdemeanor

I would say that dropping it from felony as stated by op's thead tittle:

Michael Avenatti Arrested For Felony Domestic Violence

To a possible misdemeanor without even going to court really douched the Surefire boy!

Lol's!!!!!!!
