I have heard of and seen videos of this "fish delicacy" from Sweden. As much as I would love to try EVERYTHING culturally that people of other countries eat, this is one I would NEVER try. After watching this video though, I might order a few cans and send em out telling the peeps ignore the smell, they taste like oysters! lmao

This video had me laughing like crazy last night! The daughter sitting by dad, was the star of the show! If you have a weak stomach? Don't watch this video!

Enjoy!

I love eating food from around the world but I may take a pass on that. I also take a pass on Thai food.

If you like Korean as I have seen that you do? Give Thai a chance.

I gave it a chance at two different places and it was too sweet for me. But I will always give it another try.

Ask what they have that's spicy! They use a lot of coconut milk which can be sweet, but with enough heat it balances out!

As do I. I can't taste! So sweet, spicy are a necessity in my food along with texture.

Texture doesn’t bother me much. I used to eat Armadillo and Squirrel. One of which is a no go nowadays.

I love squirrel! Throw it in a crock pot with a good gravy, carrots, onions and potatoes??? pffft Never tried armadillo though. I saw how it carried a disease and if it wasn't prepared right you could get seriously ill?

I got another Surstromming challenge for you.

I love these guys. They're funny. This is Food Hell for one of the five. You have to watch all the way through because they first subject him to normal hell (he hates fish and being boxed in), but they get him with the surstromming for at least the last half of the video.

Thai food is awesome, you just have to build up your heat level. Eventually you can eat stuff that burns through steel.

Yea, I actually think I would like Durian. However cracking and egg seeing an almost fully developed baby chic? Ummmmm NOPE!

Durian is supposed to taste all right if you can get past the smell.

I'm not sure there's any excuse for balut ... except starvation.

there is an asian market in cleveland that sells them for like 75 cents a piece

from what i understand certain people feel it is quite the tasty snack

edible birds nest is another one i cant do

en.wikipedia.org...

Edible bird's nests are bird nests created by edible-nest swiftlets, Indian swiftlets, and other swiftlets using solidified saliva, which are harvested for human consumption. They are particularly prized in Chinese culture due to their rarity, supposedly high nutritional value, and flavour. Edible bird's nests are among the most expensive animal products consumed by humans,[1] with nests being sold at prices up to about US$3,000 per pound, depending on grading

wont eat that but i would love to try civet coffee
