Perfect example of that is Bush's "recession." None of that started until the democrats took control of congress in 2007. Then the economy stayed stagnant until Republicans took control of Congress under Obama, that's when stocks started to rise and the economy started to get better. Once Trump became president and Republicans stayed in control of the Congress, unemployment hit historic lows, and consumer confidence and stocks hit historic highs.

Its reassuring to know that some people still can't grasp what the word "global" means, as in global economic crisis, let alone the shallower depths of economics and recovery.

TPTB thank you.

Then you'll understand that my unknowledgeable outlook is from what I see at a neutral angle. I'm calling it how I see it and from here, it doesn't look like a coincidence that democrat controlled Congresses, and cities, are far more destructive than Republican controlled Congresses and cities. Can you explain to me why democrat controlled cities are always the highest in crime and government dependency?

Exactly.

I don't know if both sides are playing the same game and if it's all just a illusion to control the masses. Controlled opposition and stuff.

But seeing what the Democratic party is turning people into, I wouldn't even think to vote for them EVER if I lived in America.

We can say that the Republicans are the lesser of two evils for now.

What the democrats are doing is as dangerous as a Civil War. They're paying people to physically oppose their political opponents. This is a war they really don't want to start. If it ever takes off like they're hoping, people aren't going to stop for protesters in the streets. REAL resistance groups are going to meet these fake, paid off resistance groups and beat the hell out of them. People are going to be ready and bust through those doors that are being beat on and commence to giving protesters a First Degree ass whooping. These people push and push and push until they get pushed back and then they crinkle up and drop, crying about violence. When that starts happening and all hell has broken loose, no amount of crying will save them.

Yes, but we aren't "ruling" anything. We set this country free, from the oppressive bondage of populist "democracy" and divisive fringe far-left radical democrats. Under Constitution rule, you never have to worry about another unqualified candidate being "force hired" into a position, or having another public servant anywhere near our precious Constitution who doesn't believe in it fully and completely and absolutely without question. We don't need people near our government who hate our Constitution, spit on our flag and disrespect our great nation and our founding fathers. Like I said, dem dirt.

To be clear, I'd vote for any foreign enemy before voting for a democrat. No one is more destructive. Have you been watching the dems? They can't be trusted to hold the office of dog catcher (a sworn position in most jurisdictions) or to hand out refunds at the grocery store. They are hysterical, they are unhinged and they are behaving as domestic enemies (because they are)

They now threaten us with a coup because we *dare* to win elections (over their garbage dump Hillary candidate) and because they know we will actually uphold and defend the Constitution. NOT illegally & unwantedly "interpret" it like certain democrat trash garbage scum likes to do.

Unfortunately, all you say is too true. I see it as a lack of intelligence, as in static thinking instead of dynamic.

Some of these low-IQ people seem to think that they can cross a line into violence and then step back across it to safety when things start to erupt. It just don't work like that, but I've seen it all my life. From the bully in school who pushes some kid too far and then cries for help as he's getting his posterior handed to him, to the people who try to ride out hurricanes and wind up calling for help when no help can reach them.

Our actions change our situations, in sometimes irreversible ways. The fool thinks they can force change and then retreat from it; the wise man understands that foresight is our best tool to consider the consequences of our actions.

No I don't.

But I'd rather see it run by Trump style conservatives right now than Kamala Harris style liberals.

And that's coming from a Communist.

I'd never stand beside someone who screams rapey, racist, bigot at anyone who disagrees with their authoritarian policies.

Sadly I predict they will continue to do their push/retreat type dance until one day there is no where to retreat to. No position to retreat from. No corner to back up further into.

...and on that day, I will say what I've said all along. The left has been pushing, pushing, pushing for 2 years now. Attacking our Constitution, our culture, our rights, our people, our President and our way of life. I abhor violence, and reject its use in politics. But it is hardly difficult to imagine how or why Conservative patriots are getting fed up with leftist violence, leftist lies and leftist subversion. Fighting authoritarian hacks is a messy task, one with about 1000 gray areas in between right/wrong.

^^Note: This is actually the exact same thing one of the leftists said about "fighting Nazis" (their make-believe term for everyone who disagrees with them). As if any Constitutional patriot would be caught dead supporting a dirty Nazi.

And by all appearances, that civil war so many of us are concerned about appears to already be here. Whether we like it or not, now is the right time to start gathering emergency supplies, creating a secure shelter and preparing to ride out the bulk of their planned provocations. I think enough of them still trust that they can win through voting, and this is great. But if that changes, by for example losing the mid-terms (if no "blue wave" shows up) I can see them escalating this conflict hopelessly, scorching every last blade of grass in their wake.

Stay safe out there everyone. Scary times!

these people cant get out of their own way

Now that the Brett Kavanaugh news cycle has all but wrapped up, CNN has returned to form and started talking about President Donald Trump’s penis again.

CNN host Don Lemon hosted Stormy Daniels on Monday to talk more about her book, and Lemon once again brought up how Daniels described Trump’s penis in her book.

They should call themselves the penis party.

I tried to watch the Jimmy Kimmel's interview with Stormy Porny and it was so obvious what they're doing that I feel like my IQ just diminished. And I only watched the 7 minutes I could.

It wasn't funny or entertaining at all. They were just talking bad things about him and laughing at him so people who can't think for themselves watch it and think: "Hey, they're saying Trump's bad! I should stick with them. They're smart and rich and famous people, they now what they're saying."

It's embarrassing actually to live in a world where people actually vote for these people.

Well, if the responses in this thread are any indication, the Democrats are going to get absolutely creamed in the midterms.

Just keep in mind that voting for the lesser of two evils is still a vote for evil.

Most definitely yes. My business is finally emerging from a solid 10 year downhill slide that started with GW and got progressively worse. I was resigned to folding up if Hillary won as were several other small aerospace machining business owners I know here in So Cal.
My hope is Trump can continue the momentum through 2024 and perhaps we'll get one more Republican President before the masses forget and elect a liberal. Given that it will take the Dems at least 2 years to drag everything down a again, that gives me 10-12 years to push hard then retire. I'll be coming up on 70 then and hopefully my only "job" will be warning my kids and grandkids to stay vigilant and never trust the MSM.

Democrats are so desperate for a win that now they say the founding fathers' Constitution doesn't represent the world today and elections should be based on popular vote.

These people are actually ignorant enough to publicly say the Constitution shouldn't matter anymore. Did you ever, EVER, think we'd see a political party say something like that in our lifetimes?

Nope, since US politicians are supposed to keep the US a strong, independent Nation. They want to abolish the constitution so the rest of the country can support NYC and the bastions on liberalism along the west coast. The population fleeing California and various cities with absurd taxes means the pols can’t freeload without a fresh supply of funding from “flyover” country.

The coming election will determine the future of the United States for years to follow.

If the Republicans win in House and Senate elections Trump and those who have supported him will say 'we told you so'
- Americans want us and not the Liberals of the past.

Do you want this? - Does Donald Trump and his solidly Conservative base represent you?

Yes, very much so. But I totally disagree his base is very conservative. I am not very conservative. I am agnostic, and left leaning on most social issues. So is Trump by the way if you are paying attention which you obviously aren't.

He doen't represent me - Yes I was one of those Hillay haters that supported him in the last election.

But he lied - He came across as an independent - An outsider battling the consumate insider politcal establishment.

But his years in office so far has shown that Trump is a solid conservative Republcan who represents big money and big business.

How so? His policies have helped the avg. American citizen as much if not more than any big business. Actually he has done a better job of keeping his promises than any presidential candidate ever has.

He has definitely been better for the average citizen than the last few presidents - that is why wages are rising for the first time in 20 years, and unemployment is at a 50 year low.

So people who consider themselves to be independents, liberals who sometimes vote Republican - It is time for you to come out
in force and vote solidly Democratic - Don't give the Republicans any more power than they already have.

Of course if you are alreay rich and don't give a damn about anyone else - this does not apply.

You have absolutely no support for why the average American would be better off without Trump and republicans that will help get his policies enacted. Just saying it does not make it true.

This almost hurt to read.

Is that was liberalism has come to? Pathetic pleas for mercy?

Sadder still, OP believes that today's Democrats actually espouse "liberal" values and that DJT is ruling like a "conservative". The world has gone mad.

Trump is more liberal than conservative and today's Democrats are radicalized commies.

Say what you want about Trump...

...Canada now has to give the US 3.5% of its Dairy market. That is a big blow to Canada. We hate American milk. US injects wierd stuff into their cows to make more milk. I dont know how Trump got that through.

Then the clause the generated an immediate statement from China. If Canada wants to up its trade with China it has to ask permission from the US?!?!?

Trump kicked our ass and put a stick up Chinas. If I was American I would vote for Trump and the republicans twice if I could.

It's called using leverage if you have it.

The US has the largest economy, the most powerful military, and has the best collection of brain power and companies in the world. The US has it all.

All we needed was someone willing to use that leverage. That is Trump.
