Its been years now since i have not been regularly visiting ATS, mostly because... life.

Anyhow beyond leading a busy everyday life like most, i came accross this and i would be very interested in your help
in what i am seeing because i cannot make up my mind on what this actually is.

It certainly does not look "in place" to me, but then again i could be mistaken since i cannot zoom onto this webfile.

PHOTOGRAPH LINK

Please note that this photo was not taken by me, but i came accross it yesterday and somehow stayed in my memory because of that spot.

So i decided to post after a long long time to hear your views over this.

While posting this i was studying the photo again and i actually think i just came to a conclusion but i rather not rush into it yet.

I think i came on to a logical explanation of this not being a UFO....

If you zoom in there appears to be a wire or line it is attached to. Looks like a visibility marker to me....

It's a red ball on a wire for visibility.

You can see it on google maps.. Faro de Punta Tarifa, theres even an uploaded pic of it too.

With all of the weather related equipment everywhere on those buildings- for the first time EVER, I am gonna say it:

It's a weather balloon. When you zoom in, it even has the balloon nipple.

i could make out that there is a high pole to the south whre the wire must be hanging to the lighthouse and came to the same conclusion.

i actually asked for the thread to be removed since there is a logical explanation but its still here

we have the same view and was looking at that myself though i cannot see the baloon from top view.

Don't mean to be harsh... but was that really worth posting
in the UFO forum... It's clearly nothing but a balloon.
