The FBI has also said over and over that there is nothing they can indict her with, but I guess that little fact isn't worth remembering as opposed to your fact.

I wouldn't be so sure if I were you. Hillary knew she was taking a risk by using her private server. She did it intentionally and there's a memo from Hillary Clinton to her staff instructing them on how to handle their emails while she chose to do just the opposite. It's available for all to see on the internet. It's just a matter of whether or not anyone wants to use the evidence that's available.
In the meanwhile...
A Chinese-owned company operating in the Washington, D.C., area hacked Hillary Clinton’s private server throughout her term as secretary of state and obtained nearly all her emails, two sources briefed on the matter told The Daily Caller News Foundation.
The Chinese firm obtained Clinton’s emails in real time as she sent and received communications and documents through her personal server, according to the sources, who said the hacking was conducted as part of an intelligence operation.
The Chinese wrote code that was embedded in the server, which was kept in Clinton’s residence in upstate New York. The code generated an instant “courtesy copy” for nearly all of her emails and forwarded them to the Chinese company, according to the sources.

I imagine, that if they really had the goods on her and were closing in, she would kill herself.

I can compartmentalize my trust.
Besides, it's not just the FBI who is saying there isn't anything to indict. Gowdy (who this thread keeps ignoring even as I keep bringing him up) said the same thing. He tore through everything he could to try to pin something on her. He grilled her for HOURS in Congress. Yet, after all of this, he still couldn't find anything to charge her with.
10 or so investigations speaks for itself. It can't be 10 times in a row (or however many times they've investigated her) that the forces of good struck out trying to get rid of that evil witch. Just playing the law of averages says that the idea that she is provably guilty is slim and none.
Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a longtime Clinton confidant, helped steer $675,000 to the election campaign of the wife of an FBI official who went on to lead the probe into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email system, according to a report………The report states Jill McCabe received an additional $207,788 from the Virginia Democratic Party, which is heavily influenced by McAuliffe. The money directed by McAuliffe began flowing two months after the FBI investigation into Clinton began in July 2015. Around that time, the candidate’s husband was promoted from running the Washington field office for the FBI to the No. 3 position at the bureau. Within a year, McCabe was promoted to deputy director, the second-highest position in the bureau.

Believing what you want despite the situation you see here is what makes it so.

Are you saying that Trey Gowdy did find enough to suggest charges?
