I wouldn't be so sure if I were you. Hillary knew she was taking a risk by using her private server. She did it intentionally and there's a memo from Hillary Clinton to her staff instructing them on how to handle their emails while she chose to do just the opposite. It's available for all to see on the internet. It's just a matter of whether or not anyone wants to use the evidence that's available.

Besides, it's not just the FBI who is saying there isn't anything to indict. Gowdy (who this thread keeps ignoring even as I keep bringing him up) said the same thing. He tore through everything he could to try to pin something on her. He grilled her for HOURS in Congress. Yet, after all of this, he still couldn't find anything to charge her with.

10 or so investigations speaks for itself. It can't be 10 times in a row (or however many times they've investigated her) that the forces of good struck out trying to get rid of that evil witch. Just playing the law of averages says that the idea that she is provably guilty is slim and none.

You aren't laying down a very convincing argument that I'm wrong and instead are making a compelling case of you being exactly what you accuse me of with your one liner rebuttals that are decoupled from anything I've said here.

Perhaps you can tell me how believing Gowdy makes me partisan. How am I seeing what I want to see there? Gowdy is the most anti-Clinton person in Congress. If he couldn't find anything, I can trust that my suspicions about her not being provably guilty are true.

But Gowdy can only review the information the DOJ or the FBI gives him. If she has been getting protection how will we ever know truth. Clearly she gets favoritism over President Trump.

Here's the thing. You guys have set up a situation where the only outcome that will satisfy you is her arrest. Every instance where you are shown that she can't be proven guilty causes you to move the goal posts back and explain why THAT investigation doesn't count. This suggests to me an attitude of guilty until proven innocent, which is a no win game for Clinton and anyone debating you.

Me. I'm going to assume nothing about the FBI or anyone's intentions and just look at the cards in play. The cards in play say that she isn't currently provably guilty with the evidence that has been collected, no matter what the right wing media and any right wing lawyer that Fox News hires to agree with them says. You can wail and scream and accuse me of being partisan, but that isn't going to change my mind. My mind is convinced by professionals whose job it is to investigate these things. Not some random on the internet linking random coincidences and using their biases as compelling evidence for their theories.
