Look at the wording of his "immunity" deal.

He only cannot be charged for crimes DISCLOSED to prosecutors.

Therefore he can be called as a witness in other cases and everything he wants to claim immunity from is already on the record.

Philadelphia was founded by William Penn, a Quaker. A very restrictive religion. The one thing William Penn insisted on was tolerance for all. That's why Philadelphia is the "City of Brotherly Love". We are in the fight for our lives when it comes to our country. Our military patriots, our intelligence patriots, our law enforcement patriots, and YES you, our John Q. Public patriots are in this together. Let us celebrate our Independence Day, but understand we must fight for our next one if we want our country to succeed.
