Go see which one of these alleged shifting alliances has actually pulled their boots off the ground in Syria or their air from the sky, none of them. The real guage of alliances is where the soldiers are committed to. Yammering on about trade is basic politics. The leaders have to appear outraged, the truth is no doodoo's are given by either side.
