The Las Vegas gunman ranted about conspiracy theories in the weeks before he gunned down 58 people and wounded hundreds more from his sniper perch inside a high-rise hotel last year, new documents reveal.
A jailed man who gave a statement to authorities in November said he encountered a man he believed was Stephen Paddock and who told him that Federal Emergency Management Agency “camps” setup after Hurricane Katrina in 2005 were “a dry run for law enforcement and military to start kickin' down doors and...confiscating guns.”
"A jailed man who gave a statement to authorities in November said he encountered a man he believed was Stephen Paddock and who told him...”
So, we have an anonymously sourced report, quoting an anonymous jailbird, who met a man he thought might have been Paddock.

So who hasn't been around since October?
I read the linked article and talk about weak. They had to put the word "rant" in the title. I must have a different level of tollerance because it's sounds more like someone sharing an opinion than a rant. Besides, all there is to go on is the word of a prisonmate and a woman listening in on a conversation at a restaurant.

there is ALLOTTTT of strangeness around Paddock, my personal opinion? he was running guns and laundering money at the casinio and sh!t went bad or he realized what was about to go down and wanted out. Either way he was a dead man walking.
