They look like flares to me , watch in full screen you can see smoke trails as the descend.

Sounds plausible where are they being fired from as more begin to appear?
The area is described as windy and the objects are pulsating and changing formation...

Excellent footage Ophiuchus 13. Think it was around 10.20 when the orbs really do kick into gear. Look like a group of white types with the blinking facility turned on. Something really amazing is going on out there. Too much footage and sightings for this not t be real, my only concern is why are they hiding the truth from us?

Mexican Chinese lanterns...made in Taiwan.

looks like they're flickering and each one burns out one by one. all in line with Chinese lanterns.

Not necessarily disputing your claims but how is it that the lanterns are activated in mid air and not seen rising up to the sky from ground?

Also how are they making stationary formations without rising above one another?

Are they intelligent Chinese lanterns that somehow stay at certain elevations not disrupted by wind and appear to activate or light up during horizontal movements?

Just some questions for those who feel they are Chinese lanterns.

Unless some of you are jk/sarc, knowing it is really swamp gas from MARS

Well, they don't look like flares to me, as I cannot see any smoke trails and they are certainly not Chinese lanterns either or a parachute display team, in my opinion. There are multiple videos of these same lights and as much as I do not rate the 'Thirdphaseofmoon' channel, they have another video of these lights taken by a guy who pulled over in his car and filmed them for a good twelve minutes. They do not move, they do not fall from the sky...they are just there and he also gives good positional reference. The problem with the OP's video source is the lack of background and surroundings for scale and the constant [and futile] zooming in.

If they are drones, which I am not ruling out, some more information is needed to clarify the who, where, why and when of the events witnessed. Once again, I am not advocating aliens from space, I have no definite idea what is behind those lights but the usual excuses appear to be inadequate for this one.

I smell the military.

I'm left wondering about the comments that it can't be flairs because you'd see the smoke.

I contemplate that maybe it's filmed with a lower grade camera and that from that distance it cant pick up on the lighted smoke because it's not bright enough in contrast to the objects they're filming. the sensor doesn't pick it up due to that perhaps.
