No, natural rights. In that case, you are on the level of nature. But it's from that basis we're speaking. You cannot remove those rights because they are intrinsic to your very life.

Human rights are different in my mind. They are more like what I call civil rights -- things you have because you live in a society and the larger society decides you should have them.

Part of my reason for the division is because human rights tangles up a lot of things that really aren't basic natural rights. People call health care a human right, but it's not a natural right. You can do everything in your power to keep yourself as healthy as possible, but you don't have health care just because you're alive.
