Guys an arse, that's a given.

However, i don't think dogs understand the premise of racist totalitarian regimes, nor there salutes for that matter.

Technically most crimes involve an element of hatred.

Need to be careful when applying such terminology to stupid acts else we risk diminishing the act of other crimes of even greater caliber.

In China. You get sent to a labor camp or re-education facility and beaten.

UK is right on track to heading the same direction. Some of you approve of this draconian action.

This is no better than what the Nazis did. Get educated for once.

Cracking down on perceived hate speech using authoritarian tactics when the same country was subjected to the same authoritarian rules not many years ago...

Inch by inch. The agenda is clear but going through emotional channels is working, and it's working well.

It makes the next thing they demonize and move in on go much easier than the last.

Saul Alinsky anyone?

3) We don’t like Nazi stuff in Britain. Fought a war over it. Lost ancestors because of it. Tough luck, kiddo. Give him a cell with Paul Golding somewhere away from GenPop.

Thoughts on socialists, the Japanese, and Argentinians?

I’m sorry, this is not a hate crime. It’s funny as F#ck! My best friend is a Jew. He found this hilarious as well. Everyone needs to lighten up. It ended 73 years ago... I’m a WOP, please pun on me, it’s fun! 😜

Yeah whatever, the flag that Isis uses.

No, not whatever.
A flag that is centuries old!

Your silly comparison was to allude that Nazism gets people into sh*t, but they could walk around Britain with an “ISIS Flag” and not be punished as if some double standard occurred... Which just is a bold faced lie.
Get real.

Redacted

Erm, well, they were Asians, Brits have always used the word Asians, because they are Asians, and your own source said Asians...
So, your point is nonsensical.

What the ever living hell has Brexit got to do with it?
1)I VOTED LEAVE... This is well known among my lefty remainer friends, I’ve never been called racist because of my vote.
2) Asian/African immigration is sod all to do with Brexit migration, it was about migration issues between EU member states citizens only.
3) “Cited a fear of being labelled racist”... Right? So they didn’t do their jobs because they were scared to “offend” hypothetical subset of society who may or may not have called them racist?

So, who is to blame exactly? The imaginary “race-card users” they feared? Or them not doing what they’re paid to do?

Si I assume you are for the arrest for monty python as well, which made many nazi jokes.

Jokes?
Hardly...

You see jokes are told in scenario form with a punchline, or even in the form of a witty/sarcastic comeback to something that has been said.
That is what a joke is.

Teaching a dog to Nazi salute to the command of “Gas the Jews” is not, and I hope never will be, considered a “joke” in Britain.

As to your last part, we have said things, Grambler, we will again...
I’ve done so for a long while publically and never breached the UK’s Hate crime criteria, mainly because I’m not an idiot, but largely because you have to say some pretty messed up crap to do so, despite the “death knell for free speech” cries people waffle on about so often.

The guy is a total prat. He found out about consequences the hard way.

LMAO and they are worried about our gun laws. It is a joke, There are countless movies using the nazi salute as a joke.

I guess we should charge everyone involved in the making of Eurotrip for this scene.

You guys across the pond have some serious free speech issues.. Maybe you should work on that..

I hope you dont live in the UK, you just promulgated a hate crime by posting that.

When will Boyle, Jimmy Carr, Ricky Gervais, John Cleese, and others be rounded up.

Perhaps we could put them into camps of some sort, and force them to work.

Yeah that sounds like a good idea! Its a small step to take to avoid any mention of nazis.

All you need now is a V for Vendetta to top this and you got yourselves a movie.

Let me guess. That vigilante would be considered a terrorist right?

Sometimes I do think I live in the twilight zone.

Socialists? Pretty vague right there, unanswerable in current context.
Japanese? In the Imperial sense, or just... well, regular Japanese people?
Argentinians? Again, pretty vague.

On the face of it, not the same as my thoughts on Nazism.
Shocker, I know.

The fact that this is even deemed somehow worthy of discussion should make it immediately apparent just how far off the rails the world has wandered over the last 25-30 years.

And so many people really claim to not understand how and why we elected Donald Trump?
Seriously?
SERIOUSLY?

It is the flag Isis uses! The guy flew it, discussed his extreme beliefs on a doicumentary, and then killed people!

By the same token, people have been raising their hand well before it was a nazi salute. The swastika was a symbol well before the nazis used it.

You are being ridiculous.

Many people that wanted border controls or brexit were called racsit. You say thats impossible, because asiuan people are arrested.

Clearly a fear of being called racist for investigating Muslims can and does exist. It does not excuse the media, the politicians, or the police for allowing this to happen, but that doesnt mean it wasnt a reason why they allowed it.

You have called for the death of people on this site. You didnt do it as a joke, you were seriously advocating murder.

Yet you have the gall to take offense at this guys joke and say he deserve to be charged.

I hope you dont get the same punishment you are prescribing.

Says you hate nazis but willing to live under the same type of nazi rule to protect people from accepting the past. Makes sense.

"If you want to know who's really in charge, find out who you are not allowed to criticise." or words to that effect.

I was looking for a Frankie Boyle joke but can't find it. It seems to have disappeared from the net. He's a national treasure.

"So, what about the Queen? As a German married to a Greek she must have an arsehole like a broken cat-flap."

Too soon...?

At what point does the depravity of ISIS turn that symbol's history into the steaming pile Hitler turned the Manji into? The irony of an unprovoked defense of the symbology of the flag ISIS uses while making a statement about how all things "Nazi" must be reacted to with institutional venom is staggering.

I just find it interesting that "Nazi" is punishable purely on an ideological or even scatalogical level because "Good chap, many Brits fought and died to defeat the Nazis, I say!" yet here we sit watching most of the European countries that sat on the doorstep of the socialist hells that brought us the Nazi Party, the Holodomor, the Cold War, and even the arrainged ouster of the UK from Hong Kong become more and more like the political system they once despised, fought against, and died to defeat.
