There are some posts where the names fill in the blanks nicely.

There are other places where the bracketed numbers are references from a copy and past of Wiki entries.

[19] seems consistent in other posts as russia or russians.

It wouldn't surprise me if We Don't Say His Name is directly linked ot russia.

John Perry Barlow was not a fan of Trump or @snowden, and may have acted as an intermediary outside of or in tandem with the Electronic Freedom Foundation, to set up [19] with [3] in coordination with [2]. Not really sure who [4]=NP is. Non-Profit (Electronic Frontier Foundation??)
