In a year where the Flu has already proven to be particularly bad and has already killed many
- They are saying the Flu shot this year [2017-18] is not very effective.

First I heard it was only 10% effective but you should get it anyway - That sounded like a joke - 10% effective is not effective!

But purveyors of modern medicine will not be daunted - So then it became 30% effective [Latest Canada reports 10-20% effective], but you should get it anyway they say becuase it will produce a less serious disease scenario should you catch it.

Really? can they prove this? What evidence do they have?

I'm not against vaccines and am willing to take the minimal risk of side effects - But when drug companies are pushing something
and saying it is not very effective, I see a red flag.

If a 'not very effective' vaccine is injected into someones body - I keep thinking - could we be actually worsening both the chances
of catching the disiesas - And in fact worsening the effects?

To me a vaccine should work and be most often effetive - Or it is defective - What happens when you are injected with a defective vacine?

I'd appreciate your opinions ATSers, especialy if based upon scientific evidence.

Look, I think it is simple.

They use last years bug to make the vaccine.

You need to be immunized for next years bug.

But please remember ...

If they could ... get the whole population to take it year in and year out.

One of the best money spinners available for Big Pharma.

They love it.

I think you should go and get it, never mind you're being experimented on as we would like to know if it helped, thanks in advance.

I hope it wasn't a spiky one.

The Doctor on the Radio said...

"It will be less severe and end quicker with a flu shot".

What he meant was " I invested in that crap, you're getting it".
