The Shed 18

She wanders down the long halls of solitude and silence, a gypsy soul that longs for adventure. Quietly she grabs her cloak from the tall wooden stand, clasps the jeweled broach at her throat and throws her hood over her head. She smiles as the door ever so gently closes behind her.



Wander free my Sheddites, to places yet undreamed of. Dream them. Create that space that is yours and yours alone. Wander the many Kingdoms and secret hidden places in the mist...they are yours. Wondrous things await you there. Find the Mountains and valleys, the widespread fields of flowers, crystal waters of the lakes, the deep forest that never ends. Watch the mermaids as they ride sea horses or dance with starfish far beneath the ocean surface. See the colors come alive. Watch as the faeries and pixies sprinkle glittering joy throughout the lands. Gaze at the mighty dragons as they soar and dip and rise high above you into the sunrise or sunset. Be whoever you wish to be. Go wherever you wish to go. Do what you wish to do in peace.

Welcome to the 18th incarnation of The Shed, a place of friendship, lives unfolding, stories, music, laughter and joy. A place of tears and shared heartaches, kindness, compassion and love. Take a reprieve from the troubles of the world, from the mundane. Ride dragons and soar high with the wings of imagination.

You know I just finished quietly building my man cave below the Last one...

I know I'm breaking my rule again here but it was worth it to be one of the first people to thank star for keeping the dream alive here.

I do not post often..But I read everyday over my morning coffee..
And I have come to look at you all as an extended family of sorts,
The family spirit present in this little oasis is phenomenal chicken soup for the soul.

I almost forgot to stock the pantry with pixie dust..
It's a fine batch, crafted with love and care and tempered with imagination and spirit...as the guildmasters continue to remind me.
