There has been a dramatic change in North Korea's position and technological levels this past year.

I dont buy the idea that Trump has pushed North Korea into these tests and bravado. It takes a long time to develop and prepare for these changes in North's missile capabilities.

17Kt to 120KT?

Check out some of the hidden pictures from the North.. the state of their machines, the means the soldiers travel, the clothing the professionalism.

How on earth are they able to build something like this?

Even the propaganda quality has picked up a notch

So who's shipping them the missiles?
Who's running their propaganda?
Who's telling them to shoot of these missiles and drag the US a little closer?

CIA? China? Russia? UK?

My guess is E.Musk and the tech, maybe even the hardware came from Iran smuggled with the help of obama during those years.

I keep looking at those pics. Is NK still relying on foreign built auto and truck manufacturing? If so there is no way ever, ever, ever that NK has the manufacturing ability to even build the truck with all the hydrolics and the engineering ability needed to produce it. And knowing it has to be ready when the missile is ready means time constraints that MUST BE MET which means huge economic resources that must be available. What is this thing, the hermit kingdom?

It betrays all that we know and believe in economics whether it be capitalism or communism.

How do they do it?

Maybe Dennis Rodman knows

Yes my theory is the Chinese and Russian leadership are perfectly happy to have a mad dog state like NK threatening the west every 5 minutes, and are probably helping them through the back door secretly.

They definitely seem to be getting help with missiles and nuclear weapons from somewhere.

I gurantee its China, perhaps maybe even Iran and Russia. Maybe they see NoKo as fodder, thus utilizing them as an asian wall.

China.

You might be right. The last thing China wants is NK and SK united and becoming the economic manufacturing threat that would instantly become.
But it would have to be sooooo covert and it not be be ever known by the US or it would lead to WW3. I doubt it's China. We are still too important to China's economy.
