There was never a "Golden Age" that didn't have sexual plot devices behind the scenes. Go look up Annabelle Moore and her start of erotic films. Also check out some of the accusations behind the Black Maria Studios, and again the 15 year old Annabelle Moore in the films (or kinetoscope features, as they were called at the time) Sexual abuse and films go all the way back since before the beginning.

yes although it seems much more institionalised now to the point of anyone wanting to make it must mandatorily sign a contract with devil and be ready to meet the requirements of that, blood rituals, sacrifices and orgies. Quite the next level up.
