I’ve noticed that it seems increasingly popular for members to hide all of their information on their avatar space except their name. Sometimes even their name is very difficult to read. The information contained normally there is interesting but I see a new post that even has the member’s button hidden where, among other things, you can report the member.

Is there a policy on this?

Thank you!

I usually just use the cursor to highlight the text, this allows you to read it. Did you change yours so people could see what you're talking about?

That's why when i see this practice, i reply to said users to see what shows. Then delete my comment only leaving the user name.

You mean this sort of thing?

Background colors and imagery that obscure your member name are not allowed.

If it's just a username and no other information, it means they're banned. If there is information there, but they have it set to the same color as their background, alert it, as that is a T&C violation.

Thanks for the reply. No I didn’t change mine. Probably don’t know how.

This particular member is really new and you can’t even see the button on the bottom left normally under stars.

Yup, that’s it.

What are your thoughts on no user button?

Thanks, now if it just had a button to alert you with!

Thanks for the reply

If the button is gone, so is the member.

You can send a general alert from the thread. Just include the username and the reason for the alert.

Seems they were banned. But i have seen the avatar and letter colors match up to hide.
I know what you are saying.

All red with red letters. all white with white letters... etc etc.
