This is one of the most informative videos on how the different chemicals in Cannabis work together to fight different diseases. Different diseases require certain combinations of THC, CBD, Cannabinoids and terpenes. Or strains.

Smoking dope everyday makes you a pot head, and likely just as the stereotype suggests.

Why people think that the medical side of it is the same things is mind baffling.

To start with cbd oil is extracted from hemp and has no thc means the psychoactive element is non existent.

The endocannabinoid system is very important. I prefer green tea and good quality black pepper myself, I am not much for THC anymore. Veggies also contain cannabinoids is smaller amounts.

What they're finding is that the CBD's alone don't have nearly as much effect by themselves. When mixed with a little THC, terpines etc etc it has a much better effect. But you can reduce the THC down to a very small ratio If you don't want to be effected by the THC.

And using industrial Hemp instead of Cannabis is another issue. They found that (in the case of seizures) you still have to have some THC or it wasn't nearly as effective.

Not only that but I believe that the cbd will counter the effects of the thc.

There is still much to learn about these amazing plants.

If you abuse it and smoke ridiculous amounts of it you may do some harm. Some people make a sport of how much they can abuse themselves. Probably wont' do permanent damage but could cause brain fog in the short term. Too much of anything isn't good.

It is reported to have a protective effect on the brain with older people getting dementia like symptoms. Small properly dosed amounts are therapeutic.
