Yes, just a story about a boy and his dog, but very well written and imaginative. The boy comes across several different races of humans in the lower earth and he learns something utopian about all of them. When I first started reading, it seemed incredulous that the author could make such stuff up. But, read the reviews right after the story for some insight to the writing at the time it was published. He also published some other titles.

Aliens trying to warn us of near-future events through this book

The Author foresaw the future in dreams and wrote it down as a book thinking it's just imagination

OR

An author wrote a book and we are now interpreting it as relevant to current events. The book is a complete work of fiction and all likenesses to persons both living and deceased are purely coincidental

The book title was chosen because if the meaning of the word Trump. It is an outdated refrence to a helpful or admirable person. This story is fiction he goes into the under world and meets a queen. It was written to point out how pollution was killing society. At the time this was written cities were cess pools. Trash smoke and in general unhealthy.
