What? The magnitsky act actually loosened sanctions on russia. It repealed the jackson-vanik amendment which was much more broad. The magnitsky act affects 18 people. 18 people believed to be responsible for the death of sergei magnitsky. None of those 18 people were vladamir putin and vladamir putin was not president when magnitsky was killed.

Don't get me wrong, russia definitely wants the magnitsky act gone, but they haven't got it removed and going to trump (or Jr.) would be a poor way to get it removed.

But there are a number of problems with your argument. First obama didn't want the magnitsky act passed (that dirty russian plant!).
Second, obama only agreed to sign the magnitsky act to get the jackson-vanik amendment passed (that dirty russian plant!).
Third, Trump cannot remove the magnitsky act without the support of congress.
Fourth, no hillary dirt was given.
Fifth, Your counter intelligence agent hasn't been a counter intelligence agent for ~30 years and in fact has been a US citizen for a while now.

Not sure what empeachable is but you've got no case for impeachable. High crimes and misdemeanors. Even if russian "collusion" were true, you've got neither high crimes nor misdemeanors.

Any audio transcripts of lifting sanctions from Jrs mouth personally? ALso Jr was a private citizen at the time and unless the sanctions were dropped there has been no crime committed.

They stopped adoptions due to sanctions and will not lift he adoption ban until the sanctions are lifted..
