Because the claim of russia hacking the DNC came from crowdstrike, whose methods were called into question when their ukraine story turned out to be wrong. The same method they used for their wrong ukraine conclusion is the same one they used for the DNC hack.

Secondly no law enforcement agency has been allowed to forensically examine the server.

Yes it appears the Trump administration is trying to be open about it. But that doesn't mean they didn't do something wrong. It could mean they simply didn't think it was illegal that doesn't mean it was not.

Then by all means, explain to us what laws were broken.

The left can scream about Treason and collusion all they want however it doesnt make their claims believable since they arent supported by any actions that violated the elements of any statutes / US code.

What we are finding out is how the Democrats violated FISA 702 to illegally unmask US citizens and illegally tapping peoples phones. We see Lynch allowing a russian national into the US when she was denied a visa several times before. We have Democratic groups, like crowdstrike and fusion GPS refusing to cooperate with congressional investigations.

Above all else, again, with all the leaks we have seen not one contains anything to support the claims democrats are making. If a smoking gun existed it would have been leaked by now. Instead what we got are Democrats trying to end the trump russia collusion lie by telling democrats not to get there hopes up because it doesnt exist.

I would wager that when Trump jr's mess is deemed to be a nothing burger the left will merely target another member of trumps team.

This is even more nothing because Don Jr isn't part of Trump's team. He's a civilian and not attached to the government. Basically, the cries of treason (wishing death on someone for being connected to the political opposition) are targeting the child of the opposition in this case.

For their investigation which was going on for over a year and began well before the election took place. If the dossier was verifiable in any serious way, it would have been used and not trotted out after the election as "potential blackmail fodder."

Walked in to a meeting that if the same were presented to any person on Hillary's campaign, you better believe they would have been there. In fact, they did hire one foreign national - Steele - to do opposition research for them, and he used Russian intel sources to compile the dossier, and they outright cooperated with another foreign government - Ukraine - to work against the Trump campaign.

If simply going to that meeting was treason, then so was what Hillary and her campaign indulged in and all of them better be lined up and shot at dawn.
