Interesting video from Lake Ontario

I am not into u.f.o.'s, it's outside.my comfort zone. Although I have seen a few strange things in the sky on my backcountry trips. More of a sasquatch, and government conspiracy guy. But this is in my backyard, as I am about 30 minutes from the lake.
Not a lot of info other than the Coast Guard is look in into it.
Would like to know what some of you guys with more background in ufology think of it.

I can't say for an absolute certainty, but from the appearance of "smoke trails" just above them, I would have to conclude these are flares of some type.

I have never heard of a UFO that leaves an exhaust trail behind it.

There's an underwater base somewhere in that vicinity.
