Re read it carefully. the president can deploy troops for 60 days AS LONG AS HE TELLS CONGRESS FIRST within 48 hrs. he dont need approval UNTIL 60 days are up. Even opposing he has 60 days. all he has to do i s make it a national security issue or humanitarian issue.

Anyone who doesn't admit the fact that Obama himself knew about this is being disingenuous... Even the left-wing MSM stated from the start that senior Obama officials were the sources behind the claims "Trump and his team work for the Russians"...

Since all Americans are being spied on, it is "partly normal" that Trump and his team were being picked up in the massive gathering of info undertaken under the Obama administration. Logic dictates that in great part this was done to see who the Obama administration could use, and blackmail.

But once Trump announced he was running for President that's a different matter since Trump was running for President of the United States and as an opponent of Obama's candidate, Clinton. The fact that a "Presidential candidate and his team" were being spied on would have been told not only to senior officials of the Obama administration, but to Obama himself. The reason... Watergate anyone? If this "spying on a political candidate" ever went public Obama himself would be blamed, just like Nixon was, because they both would have been told about this by their senior advisers. Obama as the former President would have either given the go ahead or stopped the spying on a Presidential candidate and an opponent of the Obama administration chosen candidate.

But since Obama is the "idol" of certain people, those people would defend him even if they saw Obama murder a child in front of them.

Nixon physically broke in to an office illegally. The Justice Department obtained a legal FISA warrant. Not all Americans are being "spied on" by the government*. Suspected foreign agents are legally spied on by the government. The question is: "Why are so many people so close to Trump talking to foreign agents?" And why does a fired NSA director, Michael Flynn, want immunity before he testifies?

Eavesdropping is spying. Exactly what the NSA does. its a unconstitutional agency. this is what real police work was to be used for. stop relying on the tech and use more human intelligence.

The justice department obtained a legal fisa warrant? really?... After it was denied twice and in the third one Obama's justice department made up BS to finally get the warrant and "it is totally legal"...

Not to mention the fact that names were unmasked as a political tool and those names were given by Obama senior officials to left-wing MSM to claim "there is collusion between trump, his team and Russia"... Obviously in an attempt to claim "Trump works for the Russians"... You are embarrassing yourself...

That's not what happened though. They were monitoring spies. Or operatives from other nations who's activities are a risk to our national security.
The incidental part was these people talking about trump or his people and in the case of Mike Flynn they got him directly because he was talking to the Russian ambassador about lifting recently employeed sanctions placed by Obama as punishment for hacking the DNC.
After the election and the unexpected results everybody was talking about trump and his people. Not just Russia and not just America.

Some of trumps people were caught up in incidental collection by other intelligence agencies throughout Europe.
Some were under scrutiny by our own people since 2015 for their associations with foreign operatives.

They are all shady and have drawn this upon themselves.
