Yeah I just read some more on this story and watched the Shep Smith video the OP posted.
Not impressed at all by the outrage, Lobbyist work...he was a Lobbyist for a Dutch firm that was owned by a Turkish businessman who has ties to the Turkish President.
Dutch = The Netherlands = ally of the USA
Turkey = ally of the USA
Having to register as a foreign agent = that is the law if you are a Lobbyist for another country and it is not against the law to do it retroactively, like he did.
The term "foreign agent" in this case, doesn't mean he was a foreign spy or secret agent.
Foreign agent in this case means he was the "agent" or surrogate for a foreign, out of the country firm or business that has ties to a foreign government. More or less like a go between.
Really the only thing that Flynn should be called to task on is not revealing this to Trump and like the video says, it might have been another reason that he was forced to resign along with the Russia thing.
The impeach Trump and have everybody give their resignations talk over this is a little over the top, he is gone already for misdeeds but it was nothing that was against the law. He is guilty of basically not telling Trump the truth.
That is it in my opinion.
To anyone that says he should be thrown in jail? What crime has he committed?

I'm sure there are those that just don't like Trump, but there are those who just hate America and the Constitution too.

I don't think they knew about it. If they did it wouldn't have taken until now to be exposed. Especially since he had already lost his position so if they new they would have used it when it would have made the most impact. At this point he wasn't significant anymore.

Yeah he should have told Trump the extent of his business dealings but again, this is not something that is or was a crime.
I equate this to something like leaving something important off your resume or credit card application.
Not the greatest thing in the world to do but not a crime to do it.

So many people in the past were so concerned about Hilary Clinton's lack of care with national security issues are posting here that they don't care that an agent of a foreign power went unnoticed in that role for months by the Trump campaign and Administration ... because Trump.

I understand that many of you are supportive of Mr. Trump, I understand that you turn a blind eye to his many failings ... but Jesus Christ are you KIDDING me?

Michael Flynn was acting as a Turkish Agent while working for the Trump Campaign, which was unknown (and undiscovered) even when the Trump White House appointed him as National Security Adviser.

I mean it is still a big story now too, but not nearly as useful as it could have been.

They could have leaked it when he was first appointed and made it a huge scandal. But they didn't.
