Evidence to support my position is right here in this thread. I say we live in a world that is human first and that nobody should be without shelter, clothing or food, and none of you care.

Didn't we try that with the first colony here in the states, Jamestown Virginia in 1607?

Never had one, not much of one, anyway. And we are watching it unravel. Sad...

The left should readily accept and embrace Trump as one of their own then

The 'left' and 'the right' and every other Perspective;
Unconditional Love = Enlightenment!
There is not anything, ever, anywhere, anywhen, that is not Self!
Even Trump!
The reason that we have... issues... with other people is because they reflect something to our face that exists within ourselves, with which we have yet to Love/assimilate.
A klepto may hate thieves, and see them everywhere until he accepts the thief within, when he will stop seeing them everywhere.
People sharing their hates tells us much about them, rather than the 'ostensible object' of the hate.

As for the 'embracing', with all due Love and respect, he is not going to touch me. *__-

But it is not about 'left' and 'right', both need to evolve spiritually, emotionally if not mentally.
We all need to become Enlightened/Loving, or stop being.
That is what assimilates all apparent opposites into One, the 'chrono-synclastic infundibulum' of Vonnegut!
