Does anyone else agree? He is essentially the Ron Paul of the Democratic party? Ron Paul has all these bold ideas and ideologies, beliefs, and such. He generated a huge movement among young people -- and he is rather up there in years -- just the same as Ron Paul did. Both pretty much got the election stolen from them. Am I just delusional? lol.

I also saw a lot of similarities between the two, Bernie made it much closer though.

I miss Ron Paul

Perhaps but Burns is a taker not a giver. Beside that this is still the USA and we don't like Commies.

Except that Ron Paul would have never pandered to the BLM movement, he would never support democratic socialism, he would never support identity politics, and last but not least I strongly doubt Ron Paul would ever endorse a candidate that was caught rigging the primaries.

So no, I don't agree that they are equivalent.

I agree with your analogy until you claim Ron Paul had the election "stolen" from him. I think that;s true of Sanders, but hardly of Ron Paul. I participated in that election and saw how Ron Paul supporters behaved. A more accurate statement would be that Ron Paul tried to steal the election. I saw them try to do it. It's what soured me on participating in politics.

No. Completely opposite.

And the RNC did screw Ron Paul over.

No. Ron's ideas were actually plausible and he had done the background work to develop an actual road map through those policies. Bernie's ideas weren't plausible and he lacked any road map whatsoever... thus the deafening cry of "OK, Who's gonna pay for this?!?!?" from people actually paying taxers about each and every one of his ideas.

I mean no offense. Please tell me how Paul tried to steal the election.

I didn't see that. I saw a possibly good candidate get shut out of the election.

Also Ron Paul didn't sell out to McCain or Romney for a lake house and a jet. He never participated in rallies for communist dictators. He didn't encourage his supporters to riot and loot or attack supporters of other political parties.

In what way were they similar?

Bernie Sanders is a medical doctor?

Oh no, wait. He spent most of his time before politics as an unemployed loser. Nevermind. No comparison.

Yeah Bernie Sanders is like Ron Paul, except for the fact Sanders stands for everything Paul is against. Old guys who excited some young people, yeah they have that in common I guess.

No.

He doesn't remind me of Ron Paul.

You learn more about someone by the company that they keep.

Bernie's circle is pretty much high ranking liberal pedos-lIke Anthony Wiener,Bill Clinton,Podesta, etc.

Also, with him lying through his flapping gums about how whites owe the blacks everything leads me to one conclusion.

He is Mr. Herbert from The Family Guy possessed by the evil spirits of both Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.

Anyone who pays attention to politics not just every 4 years would know Bernie Sanders is pro establishment and Ron Paul isn't.
Exhibit A:

Please don't sully the good name of Ron Paul by comparing him to some DC floater like Bernie Socialist Sanders. The guy has achieved nothing during his tenure. The fact he was able to assemble such a following is beyond me... Oh yeah "free crap" am I right?
