Now that I'm out I can post these:

You know, threads like this are nice occasionally, because it's easy to assume the guy you disAgree with in a thread is a total d*ckhead. I've not agreed with some of Ops posts on other threads. Nothing serious, but he was someone who I automatically assumed I would disagree with. I'm sure we have all done this.

I still don't agree with those posts of his, but now I see the man, the cat, the amazing places he's been to and things he's done, It puts a face to posts and makes any future discussions more human.

Damn, you kids sure like to take pictures of yourselves, ha!

I think I snapped maybe five pictures my entire service. I was in a lot of countries, too. I guess memories are just more important to me.

ATS isn't real life.

At the end of the day our posts on here will NEVER communicate the entirety of who we are.

On here we pretend to be logicians, scientists, and spies.

In real life we're all just trying to get by.

I had trouble finding this picture for some reason.

Camp Dwyer was a month long vacation for me. We did several bravo class medevac missions out of this place. We ate nothing but MREs and T-rats made by Marines.

Awesome man. NO one shot at me when i was in but I feel all you guys that have had to serve in the ME. Almost wish I had but we all know how silly that must be to say that and my wife says thank God I didn't.
