Yes, I clicked on that after posting, thanks, and edited accordingly. I think the person pushing the question is also joking, but I'm not sure.

Correction:

Nigel Farage, last night, said he would accept a job from Donald Trump 'if he wins' today's US presidential election.

Farage could take an advisory role for trump, paid for by trump. Or he can start his own NGO, "The Brexiteers", "The Anglo-nationalist", "The anti-CFR"

Hillary admits she gets a lot of advice from the CFR, and goes there to speak. To complain about him advising would be hilarious as many presidents and their advisors are intertwined with NGO's. I doubt they want a light shined on these NGO's.

Well...

I, for one, am glad Nigel is coming to America and happily welcome him with open arms since I'm in Scotland.

On a lighter note, I was under the impression he'd had enough of politics. Perhaps Trump is making a Garfield film and wants Farage to play the part of Jon.

Who knows.

Still, I would love to see old Nigel in action in the states.

I can't see him getting away with his overtly rebellious and insulting ways.

Telling judges and politicians and such like that they've the personality of a 'damp rag.

The man's a machine. He'd probably be fine with Trump for a few weeks then nut him one over a pint one night.

Trump would no doubt have him off'd, eventually.

Who knows, we can only speculate.

Maybe now he's engineered Brexit and avoided any responsibility in what happens in the aftermath he's going to start the break up of the USA.

Starting at Texit, he'll move on to Ohi'go', Califorkoff, 'No'vada, Michi'gone', Wiscons'out', Mississi P-Off, Tennesse Ya Later, Utarrah, and Arizon'out'.......

The US needs to ban all right wing nutters until we figure out what's going on!

How did he engineer it? there was always opposition to the EU long before Farage and UKIP.

And what did you expect would happen?

That the Brexit vote would win and that Farage and the other UKIP members and Brexiters would storm Parliament with swords?

And old Nigel be like... "Right...we're takin' over, I'm the F*****g daddy 'round 'ere an' ah won't 'ave none of it!"

He wasn't proposing to do anything about it, he desired a specific outcome and he got that.

Did you envisage something else would happen?

He's one of the few that said he wanted to do something...done it, then bowed out.

I ain't exactly a fan but I an't fault the guy, he won whether we like it or not.

I think you misinterpreted the light heartedness of my post somewhat Nigel.

Here he is expertly distinguishing between fruitcakes and loonies (in case there's a call for that particular skill).

You have to hand it to him he does, like Bo-Jo, posses a personality and a sense of humour. But I wouldn't vote for either of them because quite frankly neither of them have done a proper day's work in their life.

Now if only he addresses Congress in the same vein as this speech !

He's making fun of the media.

A job couldn't be accepted with his current job at UKIP anyway.

In both cases, though, there is a lot of self-deprecating humour. The British like that element. I'm not sure how much Americans understand it.

As a Londoner....you are welcome to him. Good riddance. And he makes a perfect addition to trumps group.

I hope I correctly detected the sincerity in your apology there. Otherwise that star is gonna get withdrawn
