Well since the gun aspect has already been dragged into this...
How did he only get a couple people before he was shot?

CCW passenger, or officer on the train?
How many more could he have killed with an ax if it were a gun free zone, where only criminals would bring guns?

Well seeing as this attacker was taken out by good guys with guns, its too bad there weren't more good guys with guns that could have taken out the attacker before he wounded so many...

I don't buy him being 17 years old. Think he was probably much older due to refugees making up their age to gain easier asylum. They're also reporting he shouted "allah ackbar" during the attack which makes it clear what aim he had, to cause terror.

Germany axe attack: Assault on train in Wuerzburg.

Three people were seriously hurt and one suffered minor injuries in the attack in Wuerzburg, police said.

Initial reports said up to 20 people had been injured but it was later revealed that at least 14 had been treated for shock.

So 3 people were injured and everyone else was "treated" for being scared...

Imagine if these people had to spend a weekend in Chicago.
