Yes, when they went to rescue Dorothy, they all had "weapons". The scare crow brandished a revolver.

In the scene where the tin man, the lion, and the scarecrow are going to the witches castle in search of Dorothy, the tin man has an ax in his hand, the lion has a exterminating device, and the scarecrow has a pistol. Where did he suddenly get a Gun!!!!

I don't remember either. Weird. I've seen the film at least 6 times. I wonder if my fear of guns has something to do with it. Or my memory is just crap. Or...... Don't make me say it.

There was a segment of the movie cut. I noticed and pointed it out when watching the Blu-ray on T-Day weekend a couple (?) years ago. Wonder what happened to the segment? I think it was the Tin Man's that he "gave to his friend to hold" when the PoPo arrived on the scene. How else are they going to explain all those dead flying monkeys with bullet holes in them lying bloody strewn all over the ground?

Definitely not. No guns at all in that movie, that I recall. Certainly not in Oz.

I don't remember the Scarecrow packing a 45 either!

I was about to make a thread on this myself! Another Mandela Effect! He NEVER had a gun in the film, ever!
