So you are clearly stating the reality is subjective to anyone? well it really isnt.. What your mind perceives on a full stomach is probably very subjective...

Well i can inform you, reality has a set of basic natural rules, that is about it.. Not that subjective.. What you make up in your imagination afterwards is completely up to you..

So enjoy the things you are given as toys, or just complain about that life sucks..

Oh the humanity.

Oh but i did...

Didn't even know what a Spearow was two days ago.... Still not to sure actually...

I'll figure it out though... lol

And why would i turn my camera off... while its true when you turn off the AR its easier to catch...

but its less fun as well

I don't care about pokeman.

But use this same model with D&D and my 43 yo butt is in the park slaying dragons.

Chaotic neutral monk.

Nintendo marketing is quite genius. nurture a product, make it widely available for decades.
in some areas, nintendo is also moronic (lets plays and other vid game issues) though.

Anyhow, the game itself seems kind of fun. I have been messing around with it. was funny when I was at a pub the other night, found a weedle near the restroom. seemed approprate. everyone else knew what PGo was also..and these are club 30-60 crowd, so not really the target demo..but its an amusing thing to do with your phone on the side. I imagine I would be far more into it if I ever even remotely enjoyed pokemon..but I never got into it..but this game is kind of fun..not like weeeee fun, but more of a mild amusement going on. See what weird creatures pop up in various areas around town.

pretty sure it will destroy society as we know it though.

That would be awesome.

this model will no doubt be used with many other genres soon enough.

vampire hunters, vampire stalkers, kingdom expansion games (finally I can take the lowlands of the local kfc from that 17 year old jerk!)

I hate people who are glued to their phones but at least it's getting more people up and off the couch, outdoors and walking around.

It's the first "video game" where you have to get off your ass and outside.

People thought that about the Wii, but then people figured out how to use the controller without having to actually get up and move.

I saw an article on MSN this morning that people are already hacking Pokemon Go and using drones and other such means to get out of actually walking themselves.

I know you aren't trying to spread it, but this thread is pure propaganda whether you realize it or not. Similar trendy apps are a detriment to society unless they benefit our health or well-being. Pokemon Go does neither and keeps it's patrons chasing the wrong reality.

Some people say the same thing about conspiracy theorist sites. You could also say people are chasing non-realities of false flags, aliens,God, and whatever else you may fancy to conspiritize about. Yet you're here aren't you? How is ATS a huge benefit to your health or well being, if so tell us now.

When was the last time you have excersised to find your next topic to post on? When was the last time using ATS has brought you together to real life people?

It's an interesting game and I'm sure many sociologists will have a wonderful time studying the people involved

As for me, I don't understand how so many people can be so easily entertained. You can play this game for 5 minutes and do everything there is to do in it without leaving your house. I guess it's the same people that allowed Flappy Bird to be a huge hit.

The world military should be playing this, especially, US and China. No more Wars. Just go around the world catching Pokemons.
There should be a big screen on naval ships with lots of controllers to catch them all.

A friend of mine said her two sons had theirs taped to a record player spinning in circles to trick it into thinking it was walking around.

Anything beats walking around I guess.

Clever. Some people are putting their phones on Roombas to hatch their eggs. LOL

There are far better uses for a Roomba than Pokemon as you can see.

The hammerhead K9 at the end didn't seem to be enjoying it nearly as much as the duck or the sharktapuss.

What kind of a sicko pits a cyborg Roomba-Sharktapuss against a single duckling anyway??? That's just too much for a little duckling on his own, everyone knows that.

I say give the Roomba to the Duck and let it go against the Sharktapuss and HammerPit one at a time. That seems fair.

Well, just be careful. When the machines take over don't think for a second that these Roombas aren't going to want revenge for what we've done to them.

All i know is businesses have got to benefitting like crazy from this. And many historical areas that would not normally see much attention from locals suddenly have people all over checking it out and even learning some facts and history about said spoits.

If they take the time to read it that is lol. It is everywhere though thats for sure.

I don't know how it can destroy society when I can never play it.

Every. Time.

"Sorry, our servers are experiencing errors"

And. I have to sign in, Every. Time.

Dude, fix your app guys. I don't want to have to re-enter my email and password each time. And it'd be nice if the "servers" or whatever worked. I think I've played it twice in a week. App never works.
