Why doesn't Obama come out and call for peaceful protests when there are volital situations? He has good writers who could word it in a way to keep this civil.

I've been expecting this for a couple years, as although I've mostly been not paying attention to politics for a good few years I have noticed many of the crazy police shootings during this period.

They train the police to unload every time they fire and of course everyone is going to eventually go nuts and then eventually some people are going to respond in kind. So in that view, yes, engineered this whole national ordeal, but not each little retaliation event per se.

I'm 56, have been around and seen some things. I've lived during 10 different presidents and their tenures but I must say I've never seen this much cultural divide (racial/religious/class/authority) and overall disrespect for life than under our current president. And here I thought a minority leader might have created a more unified dynamic. But it seems things have only gotten worse.

maybe there's so much divide because it is a minority in the oval office. not that he's the cause, but the result.

those who didnt want a minority in there set it up beautifully so never again another minority will be president.
