Maybe there are a set of rules they have to follow. The stealth invasion that was taking place in politics, the military and the media is indirect and hidden. They only seem to be able to progress when we give our consent, even if it's only tacit or implied.

Youtube does a translation under annotations, it translated to "heard and listened to several leaders of other planets who are very worried about the future" but I then translated one of the french comments in youtube...

No, he actually says that "the leaders of the other planets are restless". But just before that he says that [in relation to the Brexit] "we want to see the [...new?..] horizons of Europe and the whole planet". So the word 'planet' was still fresh in his mind.

Obviously a slip of the tongue, he wanted to say 'countries' in stead of 'planets'. The media say that he made the error because he was upset over the Brexit vote; personally, it looks like he pushed the pousse-café too far...
