In Ontario Canada, if you've been found guilty of a crime and sentenced to 2 years or more, all inmates are first sent to Millhaven Prison in Bath Ontario. This is a maximum federal institution in which is mainly used as a reception unit where you are housed for up to 6 months or more. During this time they decide on your security level and to which prison you will be sent and to generally stay until your release date. During this period you are double bunked in a roughly 6' x 10' foot cell with another inmate and are locked in together 22 to 24 hrs a day.

Which brings us to Alexander Yari. Imagine Vin Diesel but a foot or more taller and a hell of a lot meaner looking. This is what I saw when the guard for the first of many times yelled "crack 2A" to his partner down range in his steel and bullet proof control center. Fortunately though, once the solid steel door banged shut and Alex asked if I could play chess, we quickly became fast friends.

Over time he shared his story. He was in the Russian 'Mafia', spoke Russian of course but was fluent in English. Over there he helped run a casino amongst other things ( which explains why I never won a single game of cards or chess match lol ) and his trip here was suppose to be only a brief one. He and some others arrived by plane in Toronto with the sole purpose of robbing a jewelry store and return home.

But unfortunately for all, the worst happened. During the robbery they bound and gagged the staff. At some point after they left with the jewelry one of the people got sick and vomited and died from choking. I don't recall how he was apprehended or where he was arrested but everyone else including the jewelry vanished. He was convicted and given a 10-15 year jail term which is how we met.

This all was back in 1994, give or take a year or two and why I'm telling you now. I'm assuming by this point and upon his release he would of been deported back to Russia.

So, one day he tells me about a uncle of his who's some part of the military over there. They were drinking vodka of course and somehow aliens and disclosure come up in the conversation. Says we're arrogant and think too much and no different then any other species on the planet. Says children sometimes find and bring home a frog and mom tells them to take it back where they found it, or they experiment on it or kill it. Maybe a hunter goes out and kills a deer, or it's tranquillized and tagged and released back or a Chinese guy wants a bear dead for its balls cause they believe it makes them stronger sexually. We're not top of the food chain. We don't have any interest in trying to explain to the animals why we do the things we do to them, aliens are no different. Our Governments know but what do you want them to say? "There's aliens but don't really know anything and if you're in the wrong place right time, good luck?" He has been told of but not physically seen of a downed craft. Mentioned a story similar to that cattle rancher that keeps finding some of his best bulls in the field dead and operated on surgically. Farmer complains and wishes it would be nice maybe to be compensated somehow by the aliens and he would cooperate and give them whatever they needed, says farmer should be happy he's not found with his head in a hole and HIS butt cored out! Believes we couldn't survive or live long in their craft, just not made for humans. Like other animals on the planet, eat, crap and fornicate, were all the same, we're not top dog, we're not special.

So that's about it. I believe what Alex told me. Just don't know how truthful Uncle is to him but Alex trusts him. So does any of this ring true, maybe they just don't really know anything significant? Any thoughts or opinions? Almost hate to ask" lol

I highly doubt you should believe anything your cellmate told you.

Just as a general rule

Yeah Onequestion, I hear you, but if you were to believe in Aliens, regardless of who said what or when, story kinda rings true on that regard to me

I hear the same story from drunk guys in the pub.. There is nothing In that story that we haven't heard a million times before..
It could be of course just his opinion adding the military part to make it sound more authentic..

Thanks for posting but in my opinion there is nothing here..

I've never been told by an 'uncle' or anyone else. But what he told you sounds pretty spot on with what I have always believed. I believe any creature with enough intelligence and the means to get here aren't going to give two #s as to what our governments say , let alone ask them or have a meeting with them. I believe they (if there are any they) view us as just another life form on this little rock that they can do as they please with.

BTW just wanted to add.. The story you have retold told has nothing to do with disclosure..
Disclosure is the act of making secret information known, in this case by the governments or official agencies..

Also.. Out of interest.. Why we're you in jail?

So you've heard the basic idea of what his supposed uncle told him here on ATS a million times? Like above, even regardless of whether or not he made it up I'd still like to hear opinions on the concept of which he described, just making conversation...

Ironically most stories your cellmate will tell you will involve how to get away with crimes. LOL

Not trying to criticise you my friend.. It's just there is nothing here to discuss..
There is little valid information, there is no story, only the opinion of a man in prison..

My opinion on the subject of life outside this planet.. I think it is a dead cert, with the size of the universe there has to be life elsewhere..
Are they visiting earth? There is overwhelming circumstational evidence to suggest that is the case but not one bit of solid 100% proof.. Until that happens I'm in the fence with the whole subject and will keep my mind open..

I have read some abduction stories where the aliens believe humans to be nothing more than another animal.

Even though I'd like to give humans more credit, I think we would look at any extra terrestrial, be they intelligent or not, as just another animal. Many stories and movies make ETs out to be evil monsters, it's just a matter of perspective from where you stand, either at the top or the bottom.

Sooo confirmation bias.

Who cares if it's true, as long as it confirms ones biases, right?

Confirmation bias? One poster mentioned lack of facts, well what actual facts are there concerning anything to do with aliens? I don't believe there is any real facts or evidence at all just he/she said in the end.

I've had over twenty years to consider possibilities of aliens plus Alex's story. So no landing on White House lawn or anything concrete, sooooo......perhaps what he and I discussed that day has some merit, I don't have a bias, possibilities seem endless if aliens exist, just thought I'd share the story cause like I said, kinda makes sense, maybe...

Technically we are.. We are mammals albeit intelligent ones..
When describing 'aliens' and creatures from our planet I prefer the term sentient beings..

Okay. Well if ever a next time I will as a example do the following....

TITLE of OP : My theory on why no disclosure!

Then just repeat what his uncle said as my own words and make sure I say I'm honest hard working guy and say what most do, what say ATS?

There are aereas where the russian amry doesn't dare to go (i know)..
Also a russian submarine was hunted by an USO during the coldwar. Lol they thaught it was american.
Somehow russians are alot more mature when it comes to ufo's and aliens.
Still not generally accepted but , discussed without ridicule.
Russians know a lot more and are willing to share and investigate.
But this coldish war with the west makes it impossible.

Here's some disclosure for you. Why in the world would any specie capable of interstellar travel have any need to abduct and study human after human after human? You would think they'd be advanced enough to grasp the biological with just maybe a few abductions. This is why, they aren't interstellar, they are interdenominational. And they aren't alien they are demonic. Read about abductions, the fear and anyone who cries out in the name of Jesus.
