O'Conner Missing, Possibly 'Suicidal'

Sinead O'Connor has gone missing, and police have reason to believe she's at risk of suicide.

The singer went out on a bicycle ride Sunday around 1 PM in the Chicago suburb of Wilmette, and has not been seen since. Someone called cops to report she hadn't returned from the bike ride ... and officers are now searching for her.

What's going on? Anyone find this news odd?

Not really.

Sadly, she has a history of mental illness.

I don't find it odd I find it sad , hoping for a happy resolution to the story.

O'Connor, 49, recently made scathing accusations against TV host Arsenio Hall in relation to Prince's death. Hall responded by suing the singer for $5 million for defamation.
O'Connor, in turn, replied to the lawsuit by calling it "laughable." "I'm more amused than I've ever dreamed a person could be and look forward very much to how hilarious it will be watching him trying to prove me wrong," she wrote.

Shortly before the bike ride, O'Connor posted on Facebook about her son Jake. "Do not abandon your brother or any other of my babies again," she wrote in a rambling post.

If I ever went missing, I'd want my picture on a jd bottle instead of a milk cartoon.. that way my friends would know I'm missing..

Millions of people die every year. Some of them will be celebrities...they aren't special when it comes to death.

She's always been a bit of a nutter...time will tell I guess. But likely not going to end well.

I hope she is found safe, if not she wont be the first one who has "rocked the boat" who has been found dead from "suicide"

She also wouldn't be the first person affected by mental illness (or not) to make an outrageous claim, be faced with consequences, and then run from them in a panic.

She has been found safe and alive. We all owe a collective apology to Prince's Drug Dealer, Arsenio Hall, and that Pope whose picture see tore up a long time ago.

She is alive dammit! ALIVE!
