However our constitution clearly states anyone born here. It's not a pick and choose option. Their parents do not have to be loyal to the USA for
that to be.
Two different parts of the same idea. American parents have a child abroad. Their children are US citizens. In some cases that child also gets
citizenship in the country they are born in.
Foreign parents have a child born in America, the child is a US citizen. In this case the child will probably have duel citizenship as well.
