No...no he wasn't. He was born in 1970 so...he wasnt driving anything. It would have been real hard for him to have committed anything in the 1970's as well. This is rather dangerous ground, lawsuit kinda ground but since its totally stupid it wouldnt get far

The idea was to intimate that he is too young to have done the deeds.
