I guess you've never seen the scope of America's medicare, medicaid, social security, welfare, unemployment, disability, hospitals that must give care by law, regardless of no insurance or money. Now Obamacare. More health and welfare based re- distribution annually than your country could hand out in 20 years. Try to find anything like it in Russia, China, India, the Americas.......you won't.

As I said, it's socialistic for sure. Just hasn't led America totally to socialism or communism; it's been created by a bunch of guilt-ridden rich capitalists, as led down the path by FDR, LBJ, JFK, Carter, Clinton, Obama. Even GOP guys give in frequently, because the media scares them into it with mean names and cartoons.

And all of it is pretty much useless at what it's actually supposed to do.
America is pretty bad with efficiency right now. It could probably do a lot better if it slashed its ridiculously bloated military and intelligence budgets.
The primary issue is the healthcare system though. Now THAT is god-awful, and if you think it isn't one of my friends has recently acquired a bridge you may wish to purchase.
