Obama Downplays ISIS Threat: ‘We Have Contained Them’

“ISIS is gaining strength, aren’t they?” asked ABC’s George Stephanopoulos.

“I don’t think they’re gaining strength,” Obama responded. “What is true is that from the start, our goal has been first to contain and we have contained them. They have not gained ground in Iraq, and in Syria they’ll come in, they’ll leave, but you don’t see this systemic march by ISIL across the terrain.”

“What we have not yet been able to do is to completely decapitate their command and control structures,” he admitted. “We’ve made some progress in trying to reduce the flow of foreign fighters and part our goal has to be to recruit more effective Sunni partners in Iraq to really go on offense rather than simply engage in defense.”

On the same day as the attacks in Paris, Obama claims ISIS is contained. I noticed many of the news sites running this story on their front pages made it disappear after the attacks started. It seems the press is in damage control mode for their great leader. What do you all think the chances are that the media will bury this story, as opposed to playing this clip over and over to show his incompetence?

Obama helped created ISIS. His ineptitude is partially responsible for the Paris attacks.

Obama is a tool.
He also says that Climate Change is more threatening to the world than ISIS.

Ironic that Al Gore's LIVE climate change broadcast from the Eiffel tower last night, was shut down because of the ISIS attack on Paris.

Come on Obama , say it with us (the world)....Radical Islam is the most pressing evil of this time and represents a true and present danger. Is it so difficult to realize and admit for you ? Why ? The rest of the world ,including the people of the US , is awakening to that fact .

This thought keeps coming to mind that there is a intelligence report that crossed Obama's desk.... that says that 60% of the Islamic refugees are ISIS fighters. Then we hear his public announcement that they are contained.

How can you have contained them if they are setting of bombs and shooting innocent people across a famous euro capital. What is this guy on!

Now that there are so many refugees entering Europe the problem is likely to get worse. ISIL/ISIS will send their obedient brain dead nutters undercover of the refugee banner. I'm sure they will do this as a strategy! And this will mean that there will be many cities targeted in the same way as Paris. This is just the beginning!

The only way to stop this is
1. Stop the refugees
2. Cut off the chickens/snakes head
3. Surround ISIS and close in tight until they are all wiped out!

1. IS is a terrorist group planning an attack in France.
2. They know president Hollande will be attending the football (soccer) game in Paris.
3. The terrorist group decides to not blow themselves to bits inside the stadium ... but OUTSIDE the stadium.

What IS this telling us?
They killed 127 innocent people and leave the one responsible president unharmed?
They murdered 127 innocent people but wait ... let's blow ourselves to bits outside the stadium to not hurt anybody?

It all seems a bit to coincidental and again...the IS terrorist seem to have absolutely no identification and avoid killing 'important' people.

To be fair there is not much anyone can do anyway. We trashed the ME now we are paying for our sins. Its really to late to do anything now. Just hope our country's respective security services can catch as many of the vermin as they can before a attack.
