The ministry made the complaint on Thursday in two identical letters addressed to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Vitaly Churkin, the current president of the Security Council and the Russian ambassador to the world body.

The letters denounced the measures taken by the three Western countries, noting that the airstrikes “grossly" contravene Article 51 of the UN Charter

It was said in the letters that any armed presence of foreign countries on the Syrian land under the pretext of fighting terrorism without the Damascus government’s approval would be a violation of the Middle Eastern country’s sovereignty.

So can the fail brigade admit now that they did what they do best again, namely, FAIL?

No because like I pointed out it doesn't list the US. Just 3 countries - France the UK and Australia. I notice it also doesn't address any of the other countries involved, like Jordan, Turkey etc etc,

Can you now admit you have failed once again. Even more so in the way you tried to portray the info as being directed at the US when its not.

Why?

Because the US has permission along with many other countries Syria didn't mention.

Russia said Sunday it has “intensified” airstrikes against Islamic State targets in Syria, while embattled Syrian President Bashar Assad hailed the Russian attacks as the only way to save the Middle East from terrorism. Assad, in his first remarks since the airstrikes began Wednesday, told Iran's Khabar TV that the U.S.-led coalition to fight the Islamic State will only spark more instability in his country. Read more: triblive.com... Follow us: @triblive on Twitter | triblive on Facebook

Doesn't sound like the words of someone who gave any country permission, except Russia.

And, again, the US itself claimed that there was no dialogue, so no permision.

Fail. Give up.

The US do not have permission to be bombing Syria. Il repeat DO NOT have permission. Assad is the legitimate government, therefore why would he request the US and it's lapdogs to bomb his own army?

The US is "legally" bombing under the following international law.

There is a general prohibition against the use of force in international law. This probation is clearly codified in the United Nations Charter under Article 2(4) which requires states “to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force.”

The UN Charter does recognise two exceptions to this general probation. States may use force in self-defence (Article 51), and the UN Security Council may authorise the use of force for the purpose of protecting international peace and security (Chapter VII).

There you go. The US create the ideal situation of chasing ISIS into Syria which enables them to bomb the crap out of whatever country they are in.

Do you not remember the verified fake reports of assad using chemical weapons on his people? When the propaganda doesn't succeed it seems to disappear. But those who watch don't forget the lies being created to facilitate the destruction of this once beautiful country.

Shame

The US had permission according to the Syrian government and that wont change, regardless of how people try to spin news article that don't even mention the US.

So your argument is for you to state it as fact and automatically by the wave of your wand it becomes true?

Here il give it a go......I'm six foot six and have an iq of 200. No wait damp didn't work. Still a short arse and struggling with picture books.

For your own credibility offer facts to back up your claims. Just because you think it doesn't make it so. The facts are out there and we have put them in feint of you. Yet it is easier for you to shake your head really fast so the words become a blur and your saliva covers the screen like a pit bull terrier.
