Just found this video. It says less than 24hrs after the main attack and second bomb went off under water near a pedestrian bridge and thankfully it was deep and hurt no one. link

Same here. He is visiting all the temples, so I hope he change his mind after the first bomb.

Not saying that, just think it's kind of odd that they're claiming it was dropped from the bridge and you can't see anything being dropped in the videos.

The videos are blurry though so maybe I missed it.
