You can enter Mexico all you want illegally, but they don't throw you in jail. I've gone to Mexico, I go there every year. And when you drive in, you don't have to have paperwork- you don't have to have anything. Now if you fly in, they make you do it on an airplane. Mexicans don't throw you in jail for not having papers. I've never seen anyone go to jail in Mexico for not having proper paperwork.

Really? So therefore I as an employer don't have the freedom to hire who I want? That I need to ask for citizenship before I can hire someone?
