I love the idea of scotch eggs, but these guys took it to a whole new level... Soft boiled runny yolk, wrapped in sausage and bacon, and charred on the barbie ?!

That's cool having a deal like that. You won't run out. Why do they call them Scotch eggs, by the way? I doubt it has to do with liquor. Is it a Scottish thing?
