People whose ideology supports the "ends justify the means" philosophy scare the bejeebus out of me, the Bill Ayers and Saul Alinskys of the world. Roof just doesn't strike me as the hidden manifesto type on some obscure website. He would be the type to print something on a piece of paper and carry it in his jacket pocket if anything.

While I certainly don't agree with his remedy much of what he says is true. Blacks are 13% the population but commit 38% of violent crime. Hes not without reason.

Think you should look up who gets convicted more.
Because you don't get put in the stats till you get convicted.

And you don't get convicted till its proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

As a legal scholar I'm sure you're aware that something like 95% of criminal cases are settled before trial. As a legal professional i believe if those stats were properly tracked blacks would look worse than they already do.

Yes they get settled with plea deals that equal convictions, what is your point?
And you don't need beyond reasonable doubt to do a plea deal, just need the person to agree with it.

In Ohio a few years ago, the republican dominated legislature discussed closing down the civil rights commission because they said that discrimination no longer happens. It didn't get far but it's a clue to where they are heading.

Settlements are most usually convictions on a lesser charge thereby not qualifying it as a federal violent crime of which the the fbi uses to compile that statistic. Hero derp.

Not always, they could just be for lesser time or dropping one charge but still keeping another...
I am not talking settlements that happen out of court.
I am talking guilty plea deals.
There is a difference, and it is rather vast.

We can be done though, your view is that black people are violent and you are welcome to that view point.
