Yes, I agree!
There is a gender disjunctive, and while ATS wants to make everyone feel comfortable, that inevitably ends up biased in some sense.
Not to say it should be split totally, but at times more could be done to convince members that mods of the same position agree on one decision, rather being left with a feeling that there has been gender bias (even if there has not).

But yeah of course, when it comes to gender men and women rant differently.

Men are only discovering that they can rant as a gender empowering, equalizing trait (rather than being the token bully if they say something).
